With four office locations here in the Denver, CO area, it’s clear that the Altitude Oral Maxillofacial Implant Center team are prominent and proud members of this great community. That’s why we strive to not only improve smiles within our practice walls but outside them too! For instance, Dr. Fangman regularly works with the Free to Smile Foundation, a volunteer organization that treats cleft lip and palate conditions in impoverished and underserved areas. Children born with this problem can experience noticeable speech defects, difficulty eating, social isolation, and other serious consequences that negatively affect their quality of life. Both here in Denver and overseas, Dr. Fangman has treated various cases of this debilitating condition in order to give them a much-deserved second chance.
